Terms
of the network.
The rules of the house. They apply when you visit veta-network.com or contact us through it, and using the site means you agree to them. We kept them short, because nobody reads the long ones anyway.
1. Who's behind this
The website veta-network.com is run by VETA Network, a talent and creative agency based in Amsterdam, part of DALL Group.

2. What this website is (and isn't)
This site shows who we are, what we do and work we've made. Think of it as a trailer, not a contract. It is information and inspiration, not an offer. Nothing on it is a binding quote, booking, representation agreement or other commercial commitment. That only exists once we've both agreed to it in writing (email counts), on the terms of that agreement.
The services and work described here can change. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but we can't guarantee everything on it is complete or up to date at all times.
3. Sliding into our inbox
- Sending the contact form or an email doesn't create an agreement, and doesn't oblige either of us to work together.
- Creators and talent: applying doesn't guarantee representation, a reply within a set time or any paid work. If we'd like to work with you, we'll propose a separate agreement first. If you're under 18, we only sign with your parent or guardian involved.
- Please only send information that is yours to share. Don't send passwords, financial details or confidential material through the form; if a project needs that, we'll arrange an NDA or a safer route first.
- Ideas you send us stay yours. Working on them together is something we agree on separately.
How we handle what you send us is explained in our privacy statement.
4. Who owns what you see
The design, texts, logos, the VETA Network name and the original photos and videos on this site belong to VETA Network or to the people we made them with. Work for clients and with talent is shown with their permission; the rights to that work stay with the brands, artists and creators involved. Brand names and logos of clients belong to their owners.
You're welcome to look, share a link and talk about it. You may not copy, download, edit or reuse the photos, videos, texts or design (including to train AI models, or in your own portfolio or ads) without our written permission. Want to use something? Ask us at hello@veta-network.com. We're nicer about it than this paragraph makes us sound.
Is there something on this site that you believe infringes your rights, or a person shown who no longer wants to be? Email us and we'll look at it quickly, and take it down where that's right.
5. Play nice
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it on a large scale, get around the spam protection or send automated or unsolicited messages through the form. We can block access when that happens.
6. Links to the rest of the internet
We link to other sites, such as Instagram and the platforms where our work is published. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
7. Liability (the serious bit)
We build this site with care, but we can't promise it is always available or free of errors. We aren't liable for damage caused by using the website, by it being unavailable, or by relying on the information on it, except where the damage is caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the website changes. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Let's talk first if something goes wrong; we'd much rather solve it together. If that doesn't work, disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the court where you live.

Respect. Anything unclear? Email hello@veta-network.com and a real person will explain it, probably with fewer words.
