What talent management means here
We represent and develop DJs, artists, actors, models and creators. What we do exactly is agreed per person: from the occasional great opportunity to guiding a whole career. You make the work, we make sure the right people see it.
We started in the Musical.ly era, managing creators across the Benelux from 2015, back when lip-syncing in your bedroom was a career move nobody took seriously. Then it became TikTok, and we moved with it. So yes, we know how an audience becomes a career.

What does a talent manager actually do?
Everything you don’t have time for while you’re busy being good at your thing. Positioning, finding opportunities, negotiating with brands, saying no to the wrong deals and pushing your content and career forward. Think of us as the person in your corner who actually reads the contract before you sign it. What we do for you exactly, we write down together in the agreement.
Exclusive or non-exclusive management: what’s the difference?
Exclusive is a relationship: we’re your main partner and we build your whole career together, for the long run. Non-exclusive is more like a really good collab: we help with selected opportunities, campaigns or parts of your work, and the rest stays yours. Both are fine. We’ll tell you honestly which one fits where you are right now.
Who is talent management at VETA Network for?
DJs, artists, actors, models and creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube in the Netherlands and Belgium. Your follower count isn’t the entry ticket. We started on Musical.ly ourselves, so we know everybody starts at zero. We look for a voice, a craft and the drive to keep going when nobody’s watching yet.
